Hey Mongo You know there's people in London hosting mixtape parties now? You have to go along with a mixtape that you've made - put it in like a lucky dip thing and everyone that makes a tape, gets to take someone else's home. Great way of getting to share your music and be exposed to other people's tastes. This would work a treat in Brisbane. There are lots of people there with a bloated sense of self-importance - and some with decent taste in music of course. Lisa S. xx

I loved how people would respond and react to my creations especially when someone would say "Hey, this song's great. I got to get myself a copy". From this moment, the Mongo Mixtape was born... more...
